Every piece listed on our site has been personally reviewed and verified against the EVENCI Standard before being made available for purchase. All items are subject to availability at the time of order processing. In the event an item is no longer available after your order is placed, you will be notified within 48 hours and a full refund will be issued to your original payment method.
ORDERS AND PAYMENTS

Order confirmation emails do not constitute acceptance of your order — EVENCI reserves the right to accept, cancel, or limit any order at our discretion, including after a confirmation has been sent. All cancellations made after payment will be refunded promptly and in full.

SHIPPING
EVENCI ships domestically and internationally. All outbound orders are insured and, where applicable, require a signature upon delivery. Delivery timeframes are estimates provided by the carrier and cannot be guaranteed. RETURNS AND STORE CREDIT
All sales are final unless explicitly stated otherwise. Returns are only accepted under specific conditions, including Risk-Free Purchase events and verified listing or fulfillment errors.
